    Inlaid Titanium Ring

    Domed Titanium Ring w/ White Gold or Platinum Inlay: This domed ring is separated into thirds, the sides being of titanium and the middle a white gold inlay. Also available w/ silver or platinum inlay. As with all domed rings this one is very comfortable for everyday wear.

    The ring is rounded on the inside for a complete comfort fit. Available highly polished, with an absolute mirror-like finish, brushed, or a combination of the two for a more unique appearance.

    I picked the white gold inlay for a more subtle contrast. The ring is beautiful, so comfortable, and the workmanship is flawless. Customer service was great, and the ring arrived exactly 2 weeks to the day after placing the order, and that included waiting for the sizing rings to arrive. The difficult part was picking just one ring from such an enormous selection.

    Okay, a little background info... My Fiancée and I have been together for several years. I was never a ring guy, but she bought us "Promise rings" and I couldn't stand that thing and she's still mad I never wore it. I hate having stuff on my hands, especially rings; it has always been a uncomfortable feeling to me. Well, now we're getting hitched and I HAVE to wear something. I unenthusiastically purchased this titanium ring with a platinum insert as my wedding ring, and received it today. I was anxious to test fit it to ensure it would at least fit properly as the big day is getting close, and to exchange it for a different size would put my stress meter over the top. To my suprise, the ring is perfect! It's so lightweight that it feels fake, more like one of the plastic rings from the sizing set that was sent as part of the ordering process. And it is so comfortable, sleek and attractive that I'm actually excited to wear it. Incredible product, Thank you!

    I just received my ring today, Style 2-004W (Domed Titanium Ring w/ White Gold Inlay-Brushed Finish). The ring looks exactly like it does in the online picture and is a very high quality piece of jewelry. It's very comfortable to wear and is unbelievably light. I had the ring engraved which also looks very good. The ordering process was very fast. I received the sizing rings within a few days of my order. Once I confirmed my order, the ring was shipped to me in about a week. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend Avant Garde and titanium rings! As you can tell, I can't say enough good things about this company and ring!

    Seems crazy but we bought these as our wedding rings almost 10 years ago now. We were grad students on a budget at the time, and I was thrilled to find these rings. The comfort fit makes a big difference - I actually don't wear my engagement ring anymore because it bothers me, but not this. For the first few years we sent the rings back once a year for re-polishing. Now I've grown to appreciate the patina that's developed over time. I came back to this website because I'm thinking it's time to update our rings for our 10th anniversary... maybe something with a stone this time! =) And I know this totally sounds like a fake review, but I really do love my ring this much.

    Ring Thickness

    How thick of a ring do you want? Do you like the feeling of a substantial ring on your finger or would you rather not know it's there? We offer three choices!

    Standard: 1.8mm- 2.3mm.
    We will select the best thickness, based on the style of the ring, width, finger size, etc, for a perfect balance between the look and comfort.

    Thinner: 1.4mm-1.9mm depending on the style, width of the ring, finger size, etc.
    We will make the ring as thin as possible, without sacrificing integrity and appearance.

    Thicker: 2.3mm-2.5mm.
    We will make the ring bulkier, but still keep the comfort of the ring in mind.

    All our titanium rings are Comfort Fit. The inside of the ring (against the skin) is rounded for comfort.

    Inlay Metals

    When choosing an inlaid titanium ring, it's important to understand how the ring is made.

    • All of our rings are made only with solid gold, silver or platinum inlays.
    • All inlays are at least 1/3 the depth of the ring.
    • We don't use shallow inlay channels, which lower the cost (less gold used) but compromise the integrity of the ring.
    • Only true karat gold (14K and 18K), platinum 950 and sterling silver is used.
    • We don't use 12K, 10K or 9K gold, or platinum 550 alloys, which are less expensive, but are subject to discoloration, tarnishing and can cause allergic reactions.
    • We don't make gold plated rings, which look similar to inlaid rings in the beginning, but fade fast as thin gold plating wears off.
    • All of our rings are hallmarked (stamped) with their titanium grade and karat mark, such as 18K, 14K, PL, etc.

    "FOREVER" - block font

    All engraving is done in capital letters. We can fit up to 36 characters, including spaces, inside an average size ring.

    Please note: Engraved rings will be charged a refurbishing fee of $20.00 if you wish to return or exchange the ring.

    Every titanium ring is individually hand crafted after we receive the order. This allows us to offer you a choice of different widths, finishes, Ti grades, inlays, etc.

    Our standard production time for titanium rings is approximately 7-10 days (rings with stones or platinum inlays may take 1-2 days longer).
