Placing Your Order.

You can place the order online with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
We can also accept payment by Money Order, Check or PayPal.
Please e-mail us to make an arrangement.

When you first enter the shop, you are assigned a shopping cart that holds your purchases. Whenever you see an item that you wish to purchase, click on it to see a larger picture description and options.
You can add this item to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button for that item. The program will then show you the contents of your shopping cart, including the item(s) that you have just added.

At any time, you can view or change the contents of your cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your cart by simply setting the quantity to zero and updating your cart.

When you have finished your shopping, review your order in the Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" link in the middle of the Shopping Cart page. Your order will be sent to a secure webserver to collect your payment and shipping information.

You will also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after placing your order.

Production and Order Fulfillment Time.

Order Fulfillment time will differ depending on the item ordered. Please select from the following categories:

Titanium rings

Tungsten Carbide rings

Chains and bracelets

Crosses and Pendants

 

Titanium Rings Order Fulfillment Time:Every titanium ring is individually hand crafted after we receive the order. We do not stock titanium rings. This allows us to offer our customers a choice of Ti grades, width, finish, inlays, stones, etc.
So it is very important to start with the right size.

After receiving an order for a titanium ring we always mail our sizing set to confirm/determine the size.
However If you are sure of your finger size and do not wish to receive the sizing set, please e-mail us shortly after placing the order and we will start production right away. Please visit our fitting-help page for more info.

Our standard production time for Titanium Rings is approximately
7-10 days from the day we receive confirmation of your finger size,
please allow 3-5 days for the sizing set to arrive. more info.
Rings with stones or platinum inlays may take 1-2 days longer.

Rush Order Service is available for All our Titanium Rings. (additional $39.95 plus shipping).

Services include:

• The sizing set will be sent to you overnight.
• Your ring will be manufactured in 1-3 days (please confirm your finger size the same day you receive the sizing set).
• For the shipment of your order you can choose one of our standard shipping options:
  FedEx, 3 day delivery time ($8.50)
  FedEx 2 day ($14.50)
  FedEx Overnight. ($24.50)
  

For example : If you ordered the ring(s) on Monday and purchased our Rush Order Service, you will receive the sizing set on Tuesday, and your ring(s) will be ready to ship by Wednesday or Thursday. If you selected Overnight shipping option, then you will receive the order on Friday.

Please note: the Rush Order fee is not refundable.

If you are sure of your finger size and do not wish to receive the sizing set, please e-mail us shortly after placing the order. Or you can simply reply to your order confirmation e-mail. and we will start production right away. Please visit our fitting-help page for more info.

Titanium Crosses Order Fulfillment Time:

Our standard production time for Crosses and Pendants is approximately 2-4 days from the day the order is placed.

 Chains & Bracelets Order Fulfillment Time:

Our Chains and Bracelets are pre-manufactured and usually ship in 1-2 work days.

Tungsten & Ceramic Rings Order Fulfillment Time:

Our Tungsten carbide rings are pre-manufactured and usually ship in 1-2 work days. If you elect to receive the sizing set prier to the shipment of the tungsten ring, ring will be shipped 1-2 days from the day we receive confirmation of your finger size.

Shipping.

We charge a flat rate of $8.50 for insured 3 day shipping via FedEx. Which is approximately half of average FedEx rate.

FedEx 2 day shipping is available for $14.00

FedEx Overnight shipping is available for $24.50

Orders with APO, FPO or PO Box shipping address will be shipped via Priority Mail.

Any additional shipping in case of wrong address, exchange, service, etc. will be charged $14.00 for 3 day shipping via FedEx or $26.50 for overnight delivery.

We inspect each item in your order to ensure product excellence before shipping.

Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for additional shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.

International Orders.

International Orders are welcomed. We are proud to say that we have shipped our rings and other jewelry items to many countries around the world. United kingdom, Canada, Japan, Australia, Italy Germany, just to name a few.

We have several options for International shipping:

International shipping rates and delivery times:

* Registered Global Mail, approximately 10-14 days, $16.90.
* FedEx Air, 4-5 days, $49.90
* FedEx Air PRIORITY, 2-3 days, $65.00

Canada shipping rates and delivery times:

* Registered Mail, approximately 7-14 days, $12.90
* FedEx Air, 2-4 days, $45.00
* FedEx Air PRIORITY, 1-2 days, $55.00

International Ring sizes:

We will send you our sizing set after you placed the order
to confirm / determine your size. You can leave the "size" window blank when ordering. more info

Orders with APO, FPO or PO Box shipping address will be shipped via Priority Mail.

Return policy

Product Return Form (to obtain your Return Authorization Number)

Avant-garde Titanium offers you a 14 day money-back guarantee period to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We have one customer care goal: your complete satisfaction. We know how busy life can be, so we want to make your buying experience with us as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.

When you buy from us, we want you to be pleased with each and every item we ship you. If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchase from Avant-garde Titanium you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt date on unworn rings in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returns (packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection). Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

In the event you wish to return your order for any reason (including exchange), please obtain a Return Authorization Number by completing our on-line Product Return Form before shipping the merchandise to us. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and its authorization the purchase price will be credited to your account less any applicable shipping charges.

Please note:
On rings that have diamonds or gem stones or if platinum is chosen for the inlay, there will be 25% - 35% restocking fee if you wish to return or exchange the ring.

Please note:
Custom ordered or customized items are designed and crafted to customer's specifications and can not be exchanged or returned.

Order is considered custom if the item was made according to customer's drawings and/or descriptions.
Order is considered customized if the item from our collection was altered beyond the choices we offer on the order page for this item.

If a titanium ring was ordered without the use of our free sizing set

Tungsten Rings are excluded. Our Tungsten carbide rings are pre-manufactured and can be exchanged quite easily if the size is incorrect. Not using the sizing set for tungsten ring orders, will not effect our 14 day money back guarantee.

Rings with inside ring engraving:
Engraved Titanium rings will be charged a refurbishing fee of $20.00 if you wish to return or exchange the ring.

Engraved Tungsten rings will be charged a refurbishing fee of $30.00 if you wish to return or exchange the ring.
Special finished Tungsten rings will be charged a refurbishing fee of $20.00 if you wish to return or exchange the ring.

Exchange Policy.

Upon receiving your package, you have 14 days to examine your order for proper fit and any defects. If what you have received is not what you are looking for, you can exchange it for another item from our collection. You will be charged or issued the refund based on the difference in price.

Lifetime Refinishing Policy.

Any titanium ring(s) that you buy from us carries with it a free
repolishing service. If the ring(s) should become scratched you can send it back to us to be refinished. This service is available twice a year for as long as you own the ring(s).

This service is provided free with the exception of shipping charges.

Please contact us before sending the ring(s) to obtain an authorization number.

Inlay materials such as Gold, Platinum and Silver are not as durable as Titanium. Such materials may not get re-finished to "like new" condition.
